"Support was slower than I expected"
I reached out to dnb.com support a couple of times it was just really slow. I kept getting automated replies, but no actual help for days. By the time someone finally got back to me, their response didn’t really fix the issue anyway. If you need something handled quickly, it’s frustrating. I’ve had support from other sites that was way more..

"Feels like it costs more than it delivers"
I really wanted to feel like this was worth the money, but reading between the lines, it just doesn’t seem like there’s much here to justify the price. I ended up feeling like I paid too much for too little.

"Integration was a pain for us"
We tried hooking up dnb.com with our CRM, it was way more frustrating than we expected. The docs felt all over the place, and a few steps didn’t even line up with what we were seeing on our end.

Support wasn’t very quick either, so we still ended up doing a lot of it manually. For a data service, I expected the integration to be smoother, but it felt clunky and not exactly user-friendly.

"Identity check was a total headache"
I tried to verify my identity and it just kept failing without explaining what was wrong. I wasted a bunch of time redoing the same steps, and when I reached out to support they were slow and not very helpful. i never really trust customer service to fix these things properly, and this didn’t change my mind.

"Cancelling my dnb.com account was such a hassle"
I tried to cancel my dnb.com account and it was way more annoying than it needed to be. I kept getting passed around, nobody seemed to give me a straight answer. It ended up being really frustrating, I definitely wouldn’t sign up again

"Report felt outdated and not really worth it"
I bought a business credit report from dnb.com i was let down. Some of the company info seemed old, and a few details didnt match what I already knew, which made me question how reliable the whole thing was.
The score section was also kinda confusing. It gave me numbers, but not much explanation or useful context, so I still ended up looking around on other sites to figure out what it actually meant.

For what it cost, I expected the report to be cleaner and more helpful. Support took a while to respond too, so overall it just wasn’t a great experiance. I probably wouldn’t buy another report from them.

"Frustrating Data Control Experience"
I’m disappointed with how dnb.com handles privacy and business data. My company’s information was listed, and it wasn’t clear how I was supposed to update it or get certain details removed. The opt-out and data control process felt confusing, slow, and way harder than it should be. Support did respond eventually, but I still felt like I had to keep following up to get anywhere. At the very least, I’d expect an apology for how frustrating this process was. I’m giving 2 stars because the site itself works, but the privacy controls really need improvement.

"Profile updates never actually went through"
I tried updating our company profile twice now, but the old incorrect info is still showing. Support hasn’t really helped either, I just keep getting passed around and ending up back where I started.

"Meh. I did get a bunch of company..."
Meh. I did get a bunch of company info, which was nice, but most of the leads felt outdated or just weren’t a good match for what I needed. Frustrating.

"I found the site hard..."
I found the site hard to use. The pages seem to load strangely, and the menus are kind of confusing. Maybe I’m missing something, but it just feels more frustrating than it should be.

"Feels like the info is always behind"
I tried using Dun & Bradstreet to check on a few companies, but a lot of the details seemed outdated to me. Some addresses and contacts didn’t look current, and even the company status felt like it hadn’t been updated in a while. Maybe it depends on the business you’re searching for, but from my experience, it wasn’t very useful when I needed fresh information.

"Dispute process took way too long"
I had to dispute some company info, and the whole thing just dragged on way longer than it should have. It’s not even about the actual correction being complicated—it was more the waiting and not knowing when it would finally get fixed that made it frustrating.

"Felt too pricey and I wasn’t sure what I was paying for"
I tried dnb.com because I thought it might be useful, but the subscription cost felt way too high for what I needed. I’m always a little nervous with services like this because I don’t want to feel like I’m getting fooled into paying for something I don’t fully understand, and the pricing didn’t feel super clear upfront. The plans also didn’t seem very friendly for smaller users like me. I ended up cancelling because I just couldn’t justify the cost. I can see how it might make sense for bigger companies, but for me it felt expensive and not worth it.

"Confusing billing made me second-guess sticking around"
I’ve generally liked this brand and wanted to stay loyal, which is why this was frustrating. I signed up thinking the price was one thing, but once I got into the billing details, it felt like the actual costs weren’t very clear. I had to click around and dig way too much just to understand what I was being charged for. I still want to like them, but this kind of unclear billing makes it hard to trust the experience.

"Bad data at first glance"
I’ll be honest, I didn’t need much time to see the info was off. Our company details were outdated, and a few of the numbers were just flat-out wrong. I checked it again to make sure I wasn’t missing something, but nope, still bad. Hard to trust the data when the basics aren’t even right

"Too Many Random Monitoring Alerts"
I keep getting these monitoring alerts from dnb.com. A lot of them. And half the time I open one and just sit there like… okay, what actually changed? The alert doesn’t really explain much, and it’s not obvious why I’m supposed to care.

I tried clicking around to find more details. Slow pages, confusing layout, lots of back and forth. For a site that’s supposed to make business info easier to track, it mostly just ended up eating my time

"Pushy Sales Calls Got Old Fast"
The constant sales calls got annoying quickly. They just Wouldn’t let up with trying to upsell me, and after a while it felt way too pushy

"Not totally sure it’s worth it"
The service itself was fine, but I had a hard time understanding the contract terms. Some parts just weren’t very clear, especially around cancellation, which felt stricter than I expected. It made me question the overall quality a bit, because I feel like a good company should explain that stuff upfront without making you dig for it.

"Credit score info left me really frustrated"
I went on dnb.com hoping their credit score would actually give me a clearer picture of where my business stands, but it was disappointing.

The score was there, sure, but I didn’t get much real explanation about why it looked that way or what I was supposed to do next. Some of the information also seemed outdated, which made me feel uneasy and a lot less confident in what I was seeing.

For something they present as so important, and for what they charge, I expected way more. I ended up feeling frustrated and more confused than when I started.
